2. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by the following provider:

ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich
Owner: René Münnich
Hauptstraße 68
02742 Friedersdorf
Deutschland

According to the provider, data is stored on the company’s own servers in Germany. A data processing agreement (Vertrag über Auftragsverarbeitung) is in place with the provider.

When the pages are accessed, the web server processes technically necessary access data (server log files). This may include in particular:

• IP address
• date and time of access
• file or page accessed
• access status
• amount of data transferred
• referrer
• browser information
• operating system information

The processing serves in particular the technical provision, the functionality and the security of the website. It is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the secure, stable and technically proper operation of the website.

According to the provider, the server log files are generally deleted after seven days at the latest. Longer storage may be necessary in individual cases, in particular to investigate security incidents.

3. Contacting us

If you contact us by email, telephone or fax, we process your details in order to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry is related to a contract or to pre-contractual measures, and otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in handling enquiries).

We store personal data from contact enquiries only for as long as is necessary to handle your enquiry, unless statutory retention obligations or other permissible reasons require longer storage.

Please note that data transmission over the internet, for example when communicating by email, may be subject to security vulnerabilities.

4. Cookies, analytics and external services

This website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking tools, a contact form or a newsletter. Images and design files are loaded from our own web space; no fonts or other content from third-party providers are embedded.

The website contains links to external websites. Data is only transmitted to the respective provider once you click on such a link. The respective provider is responsible for its own data processing.

• access, free of charge, to your stored personal data, its origin, its recipients and the purpose of the processing,
• rectification or erasure of this data,

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of your habitual residence, your place of work or the place of the alleged infringement.

You may contact us at any time regarding this and any other questions concerning data protection.
