Project development in the social and healthcare sector
Nationwide
In Germany, we develop:
- residential care homes
- group living concepts
- assisted living
- day care and intensive care (ventilator care and care for patients in a vegetative state)
- day-care centres for children
For the respective project companies, we are continuously looking to acquire building plots, properties for modernisation and existing buildings suitable for redesign or revitalisation.

Regional
For individual, self-organised shared flats for senior citizens, we are looking for farmsteads, residential buildings and building plots – within built-up areas and in good rural residential locations around the major cities of the Rhineland, on the Lower Rhine and in the Bergisches Land.

Services for your projects
For landowners, developer-builders and project developers. Together with our network partners, we contribute the following services, among others, to your project teams:
Concept and planning
- Design and optimisation of utilisation concepts for social care real estate
- Planning for building permits and detailed design by sector specialists
Operator and lease agreement
- Operator sourcing
- Negotiation of the lease terms
- Drafting of the lease agreement including its annexes in cooperation with your lawyers
Marketing and investors
- Sale on a turnkey basis or as a project (plot, building rights, operator lease, general contractor or turnkey contractor agreement) by way of a share deal or asset deal to private and institutional investors as well as to developer-builder or operator companies
- Marketing of portfolios

A separate business unit is dedicated to the acquisition of German and European public funding, with a focus on:
- construction and refurbishment

- the environment
- business investments
As an associated partner of AHW Fördermittelbeschaffer GmbH, Cologne, we offer project consulting, public funding acquisition as well as construction monitoring and the required proof of use of funds from a single source.

Listed buildings
Refurbishment of listed residential buildings and conversion of other listed buildings into high-quality living space.
Acquisition requests
We are looking to acquire attractive listed buildings in Germany that are still in need of refurbishment – in good rural or urban residential locations – in order to create high-quality living space for sale as individual units (Teileigentum) or for committed investors acquiring the property as a whole.
Examples include patrician houses, castles, country estates, four-sided farmsteads or listed administrative buildings and industrial complexes.
In North Rhine-Westphalia, a living space of at least approx. 800 m² should be possible; in the other federal states, at least approx. 1,500 m².
Sales offer
We reliably organise the sale of your listed properties. For this purpose, we cooperate with a demonstrably very successful sales organisation. Further details are available on request.
