Social and healthcare real estate

In Germany, we develop residential care homes, group living concepts, assisted living, day care and intensive care as well as day-care centres for children together with our clients. For this purpose, we are continuously looking for building plots, properties for modernisation and existing buildings suitable for redesign.

Public funding

A separate business unit is dedicated to the acquisition of German and European public funding, with a focus on construction and refurbishment, energy, the environment and business investments. As an associated partner of AHW Fördermittelbeschaffer GmbH, Cologne, we offer project consulting, public funding acquisition as well as construction monitoring and the required proof of use of funds from a single source.

Listed buildings

In addition, we are looking for listed buildings still in need of refurbishment in order to create high-quality living space – for sale as individual units (Teileigentum) or for committed investors acquiring the property as a whole.
